RETURN / REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a credit, refund or replacement. All refunds will be for the original purchase price (and sales tax if applicable). If the return is due to our error in following your order, we will pay for all shipping costs to send you a replacement.

To return a product, please contact us online and request a RA# (return authorization) Number. With the return item we will need the following information; item, invoice number and the reason for returning the product.

When you request an RA# we generate a return label and send it to your e-mail address. Once you receive the e-mail, simply print out the return label, affix it to your package and send it to us using delivery confirmation with a traceable shipper ie. FedEx, UPS, or USPS. As the shipper, you are responsible for making sure that the package arrives at our facilities.

NOTE:

Any item which has been altered in any way outside of the original condition as packaged by the manufacturer or any item that has not been installed, operated or maintained as specified in the instruction/operation sheet will void the warranty.

All merchandise returned must be shipped freight prepaid. Products must be received within 10 days of the original RA# issuance date and in their original packaging including all accessory items. A copy of the invoice as “Proof of Purchase” is absolutely required. GRIPOS, LLC will not be responsible for any lost package and or accessories during the shipping process. Shipping charges are not refundable.

All warranties are based on the original invoice date. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all of the refused shipments or returned merchandise unless defective. No returns or exchanges will be given after 30 days from the invoice date.
GRIPOS, LLC warrants only the first retail purchaser. Products being returned to the customer will be shipped by GRIPOS, LLC using our carrier of choice.
